The Perfect Steak
Cooking the perfect steak is easy, following our guide you will be able to cook any cut to your preference - rare, medium or well done. Great quality steak doesn't need much adding to it, just make sure you rest it after cooking and don't move it around too much in the pan.
Serve with a great sauce, chips and a green salad.
Chorizo & Red Pepper Buns
Crisp and spicy chorizo with sweet roasted red peppers and fresh rocket, all in a ciabatta bun. This recipe uses our authentic Spanish cooking chorizo, which is soft, and similar in texture to traditional sausages, and juicier than cured chorizo.
Serves 2 but easily doubled, tripled or even more. Cook on a barbecue or indoors.
Slow Roasted Rolled Loin of Lamb
Slow Roasted Lamb has an incredible flavour that makes the most of great quality meat. Our Free Range Suffolk Lamb is reared to the highest standards with a wonderful flavour that needs only simple cooking with a little rosemary and garlic.
Serve with crispy roast potatoes, mint sauce and of course plenty of gravy made from the juices of the meat.
A prime cut, beef skirt, transformed into a tender and flavourful treat with a generous amount of garlic. This Garlic Beef recipe cooks quickly and can easily serve a crowd.
Brilliant served alongside with chips and a dollop of wholegrain mustard.
Maple-Mustard Pulled Pork
Coat your pork shoulder with a sweet maple syrup and mustard glaze then roast in the oven for a long time, for soft, tender meat that just falls apart. Start the day before so your pork is marinated thoroughly.
Serve with soft rolls and red onion chutney.
Soy Glazed Chicken Drumsticks
Delicious chicken drumsticks with a sticky soy sauce glaze that can be cooked on the grill or the barbecue depending on the weather!
Serve with a generous helping of green salad or coriander rice.
