Burtons Butchers are a family run catering butchers based in Saffron Walden but also with retail shops in both the town centres of Saffron Walden and Bishop's Stortford. The business is headed by Andrew Burton a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Butchers.

We are proud to source locally produced meat where possible and stock a wide range of free range and organic produce including our award winning sausages and homemade burgers.

From our full range of barbecue meats, available during the summer months, to our hand reared local poultry available at Christmas, Burtons have the finest meat available for whatever the occassion.
