Our state-of-the-art factory headquarters is spread over 4000 square feet in Shire Hill, Saffron Walden. This factory provides an extensive range of meats to a variety of businesses in the region.
We currently deliver premium quality meat to approximately 300 restaurants, hotels, pubs, conference and sporting venues as well as colleges and schools all across East Anglia.
Our catering produce is a mixture of both locally sourced meats as well as meats from across the UK. We make daily trips to Smithfield Meat Market in London so that we are constantly able to provide the freshest meat available to our catering customers.
